just complete her quests until you get her staff.but might be pricy towards the end so make sure to have alot of money.<--might not be true cause i have never got past level 11 in her quests caues im LAZY :D

The earth fairy lives in meridell. The dark fairy lives in fairyland. The snow fairy lives in terror mountain. Im would say the light fairy would live at the wheel of excitment. The water fairy would live at the heeling springs. Im not so sure where the fire,air,tooth or space fairy lives though. :)

How can you get a faerie quest on Neopets?
There are two types of faerie quests. First, there are quests that are given to you via Random Events that will pop up on the top of your screen under the main Neopets menu. These are viewable at the link "Faerie Quests Page" below under the Related Links section. You will have an unlimited amount of time. The other type of faerie quest is much easier to access. You can get quests from the Snow Faerie (Taelia), Earth Faerie (Illusen), or the Dark Faerie (Jhudora). Each of the quests is timed, and asks for you to get a random item. These quests are based on points: you earn points when you complete the quest on time, and your points go back to zero when you do not complete them on time. The higher your points, the better you prizes are for completing the quest. There are links to these three faeries in the Related Links section as well. No matter what kind of faerie quest you get or start, they will always ask for you to fetch them an item. Many malls ('Notice Board' link below) have specific shops where you might find items that are often asked for in Faerie Quests.

The Earth Faerie's name is Illusen. She lives at her glade, Illusen's Glade. To get there, you have to leave Meridell and go into Meridell Plains. To get there, there would be a mote shop and follow the path to the right that'll lead out of Meridell and you'll enter Meridell Plains. Follow the path. Then there will be a sign that has 3 places on it and it'll say "Illusen's Glade" and to the right is Brightvale. Go to the glade and follow the path. Basically, you just have to wait for a random event if you want a quest from the Air, Battle, Crafting, Dark, Earth, Fire, Light, Water, Space, Fountain, or Queen faeries unless you want to spend neocash. If you are willing to spend Neocash, you can buy a Faerie Quest Fortune Cookie when they are available. They guarantee you one faerie quest a day from any one of the above faeries (except the Crafting Faerie) for a week. It is also worth noting that there are three other special faeries: the Snow Faerie, Jhudora, and Illusen. The Snow Faerie will grant you a quest whenever you visit her on top of Terror Mountain. Jhudora grants a quest every 12 hours if you visit her on her Bluff in Faerieland, so long as you also have not done a quest for Illusen in that time. Likewise, lllusen grants a quest every 12 hours from her Glade in Meridell, as long as you haven't done a quest for Jhudora in that time.
