There are a few cards that can hurt a lightsworn deck, screw up there stratergies and hurt them the first of which is milling
cards like needle worm ,malice assendants ect can deck them out and run them into trouble as the stratergy can be two sped up and certain cards they want will be graveyarded instead of brought to the hand.
if you couple this with a couple of coffin sellers this will mean every monster card which is sent to the grave will deal them 300 burn damage. this may not sound like much but the rate that monsters are dumped in a lightsworn deck will almost certainly hurt them if not kill them
the other option is a macro deck which stops there stratergy completely by removing anything that would be sent to the graveyard there whole deck is pretty muched destroyed

Personally i would recommend macro deck since Exodius the ultimate forbidden lord could cover against mill cards
If you mean a counter to a fairy deck is DNA surgery. It changes the type of all monsters on the field. Say the type is what your deck main monsters are. some counter fairies are Harvest angel of wisdom and Voltanis the adjucator.
The Extra Deck is just the new name for the Fusion Deck. It contains all your Fusion and Synchro Monsters. A Side Deck is a group of 15 cards you can swap out in a Match Duel (a best two-out-of-three duel). How it works is after the first duel (or after the second duel if the score is tied), you can swap one or more cards out of your regular deck for the same number of cards from your Side Deck. This helps by adding cards on the spot to counter your opponent's deck.
There is no true 'Strongest Deck' in Duel Monsters. What you may think to be an extremely powerful deck will always have a counter waiting for it just behind the corner, it just needs to be made. Never let yourself be twisted into the thought of a seemingly undefeated deck, as you may just think up a new deck to defeat it some time later.
Swords of Revealing Light is Limited to one copy in both Advanced and Traditional formats.

The best deck would be a counter deck. There are some card stores that specialize in counter decks. A counter deck is a deck made up of cards that can never be beaten. It costs about $50, but if you have it there is no doubt that kids will come to YOU for advice.

Most people recommend keeping it as low as possible so 40 would be best since then you are more likely to get your best cards although you can have more cards if you believe it will make your deck better such as with light sworn where having a small deck means you run out of cards quickly.
The DECK caution light signifies that your trunk is open.
A deck centered on Spell Counters can be defeated by using a "Skill Drain" deck since "Skill Drain" would get rid of and prevent any monsters from holding Spell Counters. A Counter Fairy deck is another alternative since it utilizes Counter-Trap cards (such as "Magic Jammer", "Dark Bribe", etc.) with Fairy-Type monsters that have effect in conjunction with Counter-Traps. You can use your cards to negate Spells and thus prevent Spell Counter from being added to monsters. A negation deck is another good deck. In a deck that centers on negating your opponent's Spells and Traps (and sometimes Monsters, too), "Horus LV8", "Spell Canceler", and/ or "Imperial Order" can negate Spells and stop the main method of adding Spell Counters to monsters.
get an uber light deck from almost. that would be perfect.

For any sedan/car the "Deck or Deck Lid" means Trunk.
To effectively counter a cavalcade of calamity deck in a competitive card game, you can employ strategies such as using cards that can remove or neutralize the key cards in the opponent's deck, building a deck with strong defensive capabilities, and focusing on disrupting the opponent's game plan by controlling the board and limiting their resources. Additionally, adapting your strategy based on the specific cards and playstyle of the opponent can also be effective in countering their deck.
