The original Tomb Raider controls are: Up Arrow - Forward Down Arrow - Backward Left Arrow - Turn Left Right Arrow - Turn Right Shift - Walk Spacebar - Draw Weapons Ctrl - Action / Fire Alt - Jump
For the PC, the default key is "shift" for the Xbox or playstation, press down on the left joystick.
Go to the select menu go down to the book, open it up and turn the page once to the right and there you have (button sequence : esc; down; ctrl or enter; right; ctrl or enter)
You can't really skip a level in Tomb Raider: Legend without completing the game first (of course you could cheat if you're on the PC version uses a Save Game). With completed the game you'll unlock a replayability section in which you can replay any level within the game. You cannot, to my knowledge, skip a level in Tomb Raider: Legend - but you could in the older games by 'exploding' Lara (something I'd love to return in future games!).

That's because they want you to buy a ps3! And the p2 can't handle the graphics.
