∙ 13y agoFirst, you need to find the dawn stone (route 225 or 228). After you have the dawn stone, you give it to your Togetic and it should evolve into a Togekiss.

∙ 10y agoYou cannot evolve Togetic in Pokémon Crystal, it is only capable of evolving further in Pokéon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Pokémon HeartGold, SoulSilver, Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2, Pokémon White 2 and the upcoming October 12, 2013 3DS releases of Pokémon X and Y.
