Don't read this little talk on the top of my post hes an idiot not you first you talk to Dawns sister every day but it will only work ever 24 hours so if you play the game at 8:00pm you can talk to her and get a new update on the next 24 hours. Oh and first of all its random Pokemon i got larvitar on my 3rd try. So i thing theirs like 20 pokemons.

∙ 12y agoonce you defeat the elite four you go to dawn's house and talk to her little sister and she will tell you about the Pokemon outbreaks in the region. you have to have your master pokedex though
