How do you find all the Pokemon in caves in Hoenn i can only find Rayquaza and Kyogre?

you go 2 the weather instute it is by fortree city (where you got castform) go 2 the second floor there will be a guy there talk to him and he will say 2 things at diffrent times if he says there is intense sunlight (groudon) if there is rain (kygore) note:YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS AFTER U BEAT THE ELEITE 4 yeah but where do you find them??????

From what I know... there's Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre and Latios/Latias. 3 Regis/ located in 3 different caves after unlocking in some chamber. Rayquaza/ back in sky pillar after elite four. Groudon/ go to Weather Institute after elite four and they should say there's a drought in a route. Go to that route and there should be a cave. Kyogre/ same as Groudon, except rainy. Latios/Latias- after elite four, your mom will ask you what colour was that pokemon. (Red/Blue) Choose red, Latias. Blue, Latios. When you choose the colour, whatever colour you chose, will be in the wild at Hoenn (damage/catch it quick... it can flee whenever it wants to! Or use your only Master Ball :( )

The majority of rare, or legendary, Pokemon, hide away in caves and such. A list of legendaries off the top of my head: Latios/Latias- Flying/Dragon types. Regirock, Registeel, Regice- 3 golems of Hoenn. Kyogre- The legendary that the game is based on. Rayquaza- The legendary of Emerald version, but available in Sapphire. Beldum- A rare steel type, only available after you defeat the Elite 4 (get it at Steven's house). Lileep/Cradily- Ancient fossil Pokemon. Grass/Poison type. Anorith/Armaldo- Ancient fossil Pokemon. Steel/Water type. If you want semi-rare Pokemon (like Bagon, Salamence, Hetacross, ect.), try searching out deep inside caves, or the Safari Zone.

Yes, there are several rare/legendary Pokemon in Emerald. There's Latios and Latias, which you can encounter in the wild (post-league champion). Rayquaza can be caught atop the sky tower. Kyogre and Groudon can be caught in different locations around Hoenn after beating the Elite 4. Lastly, the three Regis can be found in different caves after solving the braille puzzles.
