When does ralts evovle?
It evolves when it's at level 20. Ralts first evolves at level 20, into Kirlia. Then it gets complicated a bit. ALL Kirlia will evolve at level 30 into a Gardevoir. However, If the Kirlia is Male a Shiny (or Dawn I cant remember ) Stone can be used to evolve it into a Gallade. BTW Gallade is only available in Pearl, Platinum and Diamond with a moon stone i beleave
