The only way to get Groudon would be to trade it from yours or someone else's SoulSilver, since that is the only way to get one.
First, you need Pokemon soul silver then after defeating the elite 4 getting the national Dex obtaining 16 badges and beat red then fly to Mr.Pokemon house and he'll give u the red orb the he to route 48 in johto with rock climb and surf head to the destroyed embedded tower and groudon should be waiting for u.

You can only catch one in one game. In Pokemon SoulSilver, you get Groudon, and in HeartGold you get Kyogre. In Sapphire you get Kyogre, and in Ruby you get Groudon.
