go to Google and type : red rescue friend areas. go to first web and scroll down until you see wonder mails to unlock pokemons. search for magikarp. after you use the wonder mail pass, you will see magikarp in waterfall pond around 7-11 floors. the friend area is water fall lake. BEWARE IT IS super RARE . and do not think i am lying, just go to recriutment searh and you will see magikarps name. recriut it and evolve it at lv 20. very hard to train.oh, and if you want milotic, the wonder mail pass will also be there....good luck!
