How do you get Phoenixmon on Digimon World?

I know lots of people suggest training your champion (most likely birdramon and airdramon will digivolve to phoenixmon) with HP and MP at 4000 and the offense, defense, speed, and brains to 400. Instead, each day, train your Digimon in the training gym, but don't exhaust him. Go to centaurmon and rest when his happiness decreases. Anyways, train your digimon for a few hours and not so much that the whole day you spend training him. Train for five hours or less, explore near regions (native forest, mt. panorama, tropical jungle, etc.), and battle loads of digimon for the remainder of the day. Raise your champion's HP and MP to about 2500 and its other parameters to 200. While accomplishing this, make sure your digimon's happiness and discipline corresponds to phoenixmon's (well, there isn't specific happiness and discipline so keep at a high level for both). Also, focus on feeding your champion the food it needs to get phoenixmon's weight (30g, I suggest supercarrots if your digimon is over that weight). Since, Phoenixmon's care mistakes are zero, be careful to not stress your digimon by too much exercise, pooping (not at toilet), overfeeding and underfeeding, and forgetting to let it sleep when its zzz's appear. But, trust this advice because you will just be wasting time exhausting your digimon with constant training shortening its lifespan and losing your chance for a pheonixmon
