How do you get Zekrom and Reshiram in Pokemon X and Y?

If you want it, make sure you have the Dark Stone for Zekrom. Then if you reach to N's Castle walk up to N's floor. Then the Dark Stone will pop out to Zekrom. Capture it using the Master Ball or the Ultra Ball. For Reshiram, you have to have the Light Stone, then it's same on Zekrom. Zekrom - Pokemon White

Reshiram - Pokemon Black

Victini - Pokemon Black and White (Not Sure)

You can only meet Victini with a Key Item, the "Liberty Pass." I was distributed via Nintendo Wi-Fi connection on the release date March 6 - April 10 2011.

Zekrom and Reshiram are not obtainable in Pokémon X and Y, and thus you must transfer them from any Generation V game (Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2) through the Poké Transporter and Pokémon Bank 3DS apps or ask someone to trade them with you.
