The way you get mewtwo is to defeat all the Gym Leaders in Hanto after that you will unlock a map basicly you go around it a few times you will only see 4 Pokemon those four are only one in the map.After aout 10-30 moves if you are lucky either mew or mewtwo will show up they aren't that rare so they should be easy to find hope this helps :) I once found mine with only 3 moves

∙ 12y agoit is an event pokemon. it is on at the minute(15th feb 2012) and isn't difficult to get.
Just go to the place where youre wi fi connection is highest then simply click on mystery gift, it should be below youre profile, and choose recieve gift. sELECT THE Nintendo WI FI (sorry caps lock accident) option then wait. I may have got it wrong so if this doesn't work then try some other options. If I am right then it should tke about 2 mins to load your gift!
You can get Mewtwo at any point in the game-just as long as you have a saved profile. Mewtwos moves are:- Aura sphere, Electro ball, shadow ball and psypulse!
