Yes you can! All you have to do is put honey on a sweet honey tree(the yellow trees(you can find these at Floaroma Town, Valley Windworks, or near Sunyshore City(you can buy Honey from the guy that is standing in the Floaroma Meadow(he sells it for $100 a pop)))) and wait seven hours exactly... you can catch a Cherubi. To evolve it into Cherrim,it will take awhile, unless you have a level 50+ Pokemon... First, attach your newly caught Cherubi with an Experience Share (if you sold it, well, too bad for you!), then go to the Pokemon League or something, and beat the Elite Four and Champion. In that time period, you will most likely have a level 24 Cherubi evolve into a level 25 Cherrim!
