First, beat the game. Second, talk to BeBee and she will give you an Evee. If you want 6 other Evees, go talk to the mansion owner and he will tell you that there are Evees in his garden. If he does not say that there is Evees that day, start the game over by pressing star-select-right trigger-left trigger. You should try the starting over and asking thing 3 times. If he does not say there is, try the next day.

• Wild encounter. Some legends roam the region. This means that a picture of them appears on the map and if you go there you can battle them. However, they flee as soon as they can and move to a different part of the region.
• Swarm. After beating the elite four then go onto Mary and Oak's radio channel and every day there will be a very high chance of catching a certain Pokemon in a certain place.

• Event. Rare Pokemon can be obtained but you have to be patient.
• Egg Hatch. Some Pokemon can only be obtained by hatching eggs. Some eggs you get in the game but most you need to breed at the Day-Care. To get some Pokemon you need to breed the parents while holding a certain items. For example, if you breed a Snorlax and it's not holding Full Incense, the hatched Pokemon would be a baby Snorlax instead of a Munchlax.
• Safari Zone. Some Pokemon here need items to be placed on the zone and some only appear after a certain amount of days.
• Gift. Few Pokemon like eevee can be given to you for free.
• Interaction. A few Pokemon (especially legendaries) need you to talk to their characters on the game.
• Evolution. Most Pokemon evolve. There are several methods like leveling up, using items and trading.
• Buying. Some Pokemon can be bought for things like coins at the game zone.

You only get one Eevee, from Bill in Goldenrod City, but you can breed more. If it's a female, you can breed it with any male Pokemon and it will come out an Eevee. If it's a male, you'd need a Ditto. A Ditto would work with a female as well. Dittos can be caught in several locations in Johto, but you can get them right outside the city on Route 34. In order to get all the Eeveelutions, you'd need to breed the original 7 times, and then use Evolutionary Stones to get Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon, and raise max out two of their Happiness levels during night and day to get Espeon and Umbreon. Glaceon and Leafeon are only obtainable by transfering them from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum through Pal Park.
