Well, shiny Pokemon are very rare but appear randomly sometimes. One time I found a shiny geodude and a shiny zubat on my crystal version(no cheats at all!). On the same game, the day care man in Goldenrod City gave me an egg that hatched into a shiny pichu. It was awesome. All I can say is, it depends on the game. Good luck! :)

∙ 12y agoI don't think you can go and find one... But if you catch a ditto (hard to find) and put it and a pikachu or richue in the poke daycare, later on, you should get an egg, and when it hatches, it should be pichu, unless something is wrong with your game.

∙ 12y agoSearch every where there is Pokemon and eventualy you will get one. (Note: in Pokemon silver if two Pokemon you put in day care had an egg it had a 50% chance of being shiny.)
