ok if you have all 7 gym badges then go to sunnyshore town and fight everyone (or don't) and in the grass near the water you can catch lv 38, 39, and 40's of luxio, or if you want it as shinx first go to jubilife town and go south til u see grass then keep fighting (or running) from the Pokemon til u find shinx (40/50 chance of seeing one, 45% chance of seeing a female first 40% chance of seeing a male first) theres lv's are 3, 4, 5, and rarely you see 6 (in the city where the windworks is) you can find lv 10's
