There is no spacific code to get Ho-oh but there is a code to get any pokmeon at the mining museum but when you want a new Pokemon you have to edit the code which is a pain, but worth it.

There arent any cheats, but after you beat the elite four, you go to the mining museum in oreburgh city. there, you replace the "XXX" with the Pokemon name and number like this: Replace "XXX" with "Bulbasaur001" and I will receive Bulbasuar.
