you get a codestone by typing it up on shop wizard. you can find the button for shop wizard in the same place that the inventory, battledome, my neohome etc. when you get to shop wizard type in har codestone, then select identical to my phrase. a list of har codestones available to be bought will be listed.

Select a course at the bottom of the "Courses" page, along with a Neopet. Hit submit, then go to the Status page. Look next to the Neopet's picture and it will tell you what codestone is needed. Once you have it click "Click here to pay!"
