To get Cresselia you have to get the nat dex and talk to the sailor man's wife in canalave city when their kid is in the bed. Then go to Fullmoon Island and find Cresselia... !!just read what the guys say!! why do i have to do evrything

first you need the national dex and onse you have it go to canalave city and go to the sailor,s house and the kid will be in the bed talk to him then talk to the mom the sailor is supposed to go in and he will tell you to save his son then he would let you go to full moon island and then go up right then their will be an entrance creselia will be their but he will go away get the pokebal the go to canalave city and give what you got to the kid later creselia will go around the sinoh you will have to find him

You can find Crescelia in Canavale City. Once you get to Canavale city go and talk to the sailor. The sailor will take you to Iron Island and you will see Crescelia roaming around.

You will find cresselia after you beat the Elite four at the Full Moon island at canalave. There will be a guy waiting for you at canalave.

Take the boat in Canalave City to Fullmoon Island. You will find Cresslia. She will run away. Now she will roam the Sinnoh region.
