In order to get the three regis you first need to obtain a Pokemon that knows surf and dive, Relicanth, Wailord and a Pokemon that knows dig. Then fly to Pacifid Log town and ride the currents {stay close to the bottom until you get to the squar shape land, then you will want to stay near the middle of the next land pieces}. If you don't, you will have to start all over. Once you reach the small square, use dive. After that swim to the big rock and read the brail it will say "Go up here". Go up. Once you reach the surface there will be a room full of rectangles that have writing on it. The writing is only the brail alphabet so you might want to write it down.{Start at the top and work your way down.} After you are done recording the brail,go to the far wall and read the MIDDLE writing. It is telling you to "Use dig here". Use dig. A secret room will open up. Go to the far back wall and read the brail it will tell you to " Put Wailord first in your team and relicanth last". Then read the writing again. An earthquake will occur. Brail writing will apear telling you that a door has opend somewhere. Exit the cave and return to the surface.
Regirockgo to the desert where you found the fossil. At the most southern part will be a rock with five smaller rocks around it. enter the cave and read the writing it will tell you to run one lap around the cave. the door will open and regirock is inside. Regicefly to the farthest town on the map near the sea. Surf until you come along another rock with five smaller rocks around it. enter the cave and the brail will tell you to go to the top left part of the cave and walk two steps to the left and two steps down. the door will open and inside is regice. Registeelregisteel is the hardest to catch. Fly to the city near the safari zone. keep walking west until you reach the stairs. Keep walking up until you come to the big rock with smaller rocks around it. Enter the cave. The brail will tell you to go to the middle of the cave and use the move flash. the door will open an inside is registeelThanks i realy hope it helped

Go to pacifidlog town and go left. Somehow you must reach a spot where you dive.
In there you go down and reach inscription. Click on it once and use dive. You reach the SEALED CHAMBER. now you must go up. Then you reach a path. Now you enter it
and go up again. You reach a dead end. You click there once and use dig. A path will open again. You enter and go up again. You reach the top and you click there once. When you experience an earthquake, regice's tomb is open. Now get out. Regice is located in the path between petalburg and dewford.
PS When you enter sealed chamber, keep
Relicanth first and Wailord last in Pokemon ruby and sapphire.
Wailord first and Relicanth last in Pokemon emerald.

How can you get regigigas on Pokemon Ruby?
Simple answer: you can't, because Regigigas appears only in Generation IV (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum). However, in DPPt, if you get all three Regi's from Ruby and take them to Regigigas, it will awaken. To get Regice/Regirock/Registeel, there is an underwater ruins on Route 131 (west of Pacifidlog City) that has specific requirements to enter. Once the requirements are met there, the three tombs will open and you can battle them.

To do this, capture a Relicanth and a Wailord. After you've done this, fly to Pacidflog Town, and surf towards the fast currents, staying low. Eventually, you'll find an area you can dive in, that the currents try to push you away from. This can take some practice, but keep trying to make it into that calm water area. Dive down and enter the Sealed Chamber. Go to the back, and read to Braille wall. The wall will tell you to use Dig. Use dig in the middle of the wall and a door will appear. Enter and read the Braille on the wall there. There will be an earthquake and the game will say something along the lines of "It sounds like something opened somewhere". Congratulations! You can now find and battle the Three Regis. ~!~Regirock~!~ Now that the tombs are open, its time to hunt down the first of three Regis, Regirock. You remember the sandstorm area next to Lavaridge right? Go there. In the Southeast corner of the desert, you'll see a conspicuous mountain type thing, surround by rocks. There will be a door in the large rock, enter. Read the Braille and then go two steps to the right, and two steps down. Use Strength. The Braille wall should open. Walk in a talk to Regirock to initiate the fight. --Battling Regirock-- The three Regis have some powerful skills (including Superpower and Curse). You'll want to get Regirock down as low as possible before trying to capture of course. Paralysis and Sleep are the best status effects to use. If Regirock can curse up, you'll be in trouble. Also, if Regirock manages to get a boost from Ancient Power, that can be trouble as well. Fear that. Your best bet is to use a powerful water type Pokemon to handle him so that all of his skills aren't super effective on you. Eventually, you'll be able to whittle him down, and using potions and plenty of Ultra Balls, capture him. ~!~Regice~!~ Now that you have Regirock firmly in tow, time to head off and capture Regice. Regice can be found North of Dewford. Surf to the left of your screen until you find an island with a similar setup as Regirock's desert tomb. Enter the door and read the Braille. Read it again. Now wait. Patience is a virtue, and it might take a couple of minutes, but the door will open. Enter, talk to regice and prepare for battle. --Battling Regice-- Regice is fairly easy to catpure, compared to Regirock. Your same water type Pokemon will still be very powerful against Regice. You should have nothing to worry about except accidently fainting Regice. Stick a status effect on him when he's at low health and begin chucking. ~!~Registeel~!~ Registeel is, in my opinion, the most difficult Regi to find. First, you must be at the entrance of the Safari Zone. Go to the left, and keep going until you see a staircase. This will lead you into a rainy area. Once you're there, you can find the tomb where Registeel is located. Go in and read the Braille. Now move to the center of the room and use Fly. The door should open. --Battling Registeel-- Registeel is the hardest to battle. If this thing can Curse to full power, you'd better have a powerful Water Pokemon out to absorb the blow. Whittle it down and prepare for a long wait. Don't forget to heal your Pokemon, as, odds are, it'll take a good amount of damage from Registeel. Dig your heels in and keep on battling. --Suggested Pokemon to battle the Regis with: ~Rain Dish -Giga Drain -Surf -Rest -Rain Dance This Pokemon is at least resistant to every Regi you will battle. Using Rain Dance will power up its Surf attack while healing you with Rain Dish. Rain Dish, in addition to Leftovers, is a great way to replenish health. If you need faster, you can try Giga Drain against Regirock. I normally suggest Leech Seed/Toxic over Giga Drain and Rain Dance, but this works great for capturing the Regis. You may need to switch in a Pokemon to Paralyze or sleep the Regis before capturing, but Ludicolo should be able to hold out for you. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE YOUR MASTERBALL ON ANY OF THE THREE REGIS. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

You will need to unlock their tombs which are located near Pacifidlog Town. You can get to them by diving and surfing. Stay with the ocean current. You will come to a dive spot and find a spotty rock. You will then see a chamber and a wall with braille on it. The braille says 'Dig Here' You will soon gain access into the first sealed chamber. The wall will eventually open (eventually) allowing you to catch Regice. Or, when you begin the game, push L and R.
