To evolve Lickitung into Lickilicky, you need your Lickitung to learn Rollout. When he/she levels up once more, he/she will Evolve.

if u wanna catch one then you have to catch a likytung on route 215 and level it up to lv 33 while it knows rollout or teach it rollout after it is at lv 33 if u wanna see a trainer with it then there is one on route 215 aswell! hope i helped!!!

Can poliswine evolve into mamoswine at a higher level than 34?

Yes just don't make it learn ancientpower lvl it up to the lvl u want go to pastoria city go to the heart scale guy make it learn ancientpower then lvl it up again and WALA u have a mamoswine at a higher lvl note: this works with any Pokemon tht evolves because of a certain move i did this with my lickylicki 2nd note: u might hav to press b when it evolves amd then teach it another move using a TM. 3rd note: Lickitung evolves knowing Rollout.
