How do you get more than 1 Eevee on Pokemon soulsilver?

Find a ditto (you can find one near the day care) then put it in with an eevee,flareon,vaporeon,jolteon, etc. at the daycare. In about an hour go back to the daycare. the man outside will give you an eevee egg. do this multiple times to get a lot

After you get the national dex you can get evee in the trophy garden, but save before you talk to mr.backlot because you do not always get the Pokemon you want. Keep turning off and on your ds till he tells you he saw an evee.

If you already claimed the Eevee from Bebe, you will be able to breed it. You can encounter Ditto in Route 218 using the Poke Radar or if the Eevee is a female, it can breed with any Pokemon in the Ground Egg Group and Eevee will still be born.

If you go to the dude in the mansion, save, and talk to him, and if he doesn't say eevee, soft reset and try again. Eventually, he'll say that there's eevees in the garden and you can catch as many as you like. This will only work for pearl though.
