It may be a glitch. After you pass spear pillar you have to use surf on Lake Verity and there will be a cave in the middle. Go inside and Mespirit will be there she will say some weird Pokemon stuff and leave. Rowan will come in and tell you good job. Then go to your marking map Poketech and a cat face will pop up that is where uxie is. Chase her. Actually, you don't go to any cave. After catching Dialga/Palkia, exit the sphere pillar, then go in again. Run past where Dialga/Palkia was, and you'll see a pokeball. That's the Adamant/Lustrous orb. You cannot get both orbs unless you trade with a Pokemon holding it or hack.
