How do you get past the rocks blocking virizon in Pokemon black and white?

You must first meet cobalion (you need surf and strength for him, and dig is a good idea, but not necessary). Go north from driftveil city past the deerling lab. Just left of this lab is a small path leading up along the river. Go up this and then surf across to the thick grass. Turn right and go past the rocks in the water and then surf right. You come to a cave. Go in it and follow the maze and use lots of strength. You find lots of Axew here. Nearthe end an old man will talk to you about cobalion. After that go through the rest of that room to get to cobalion. Battle him and even if you don't catch him Virizion's clearing will be unlocked. You can surf back to the cave later and cobalion will be back like the old man says if you don't catch him.

you have to beat the elite for once more after you defeated them to go to N's castle WARNING the elite fours pokemon will be between lvl. 70 and 80. And that will allow you to catch virizion, terrakion, and cobalion.

You have to have encountered Cobalion first, before you can access Virizion or Terrakion.

You need to defeat or catch Cobalion deep within Mistralton Cave. After defeating or catching it, the rocks blocking the path to Virizion will disappear.
