to be onest it depends raqauza is very strong even though it's out rage is good it's a pain in the neck but you can still teach it great tm's and giratina's origin forme and alter form are great and his shadow force is amazing but the problem is it has low pp and can only hit one pokemon at a time.don't waste your time with mew or mewtwo though. i'd have to say either out of raquaza cause of it's intense attack stats,giratina because of it's good stats and ,mind blowing shadow force,dialga cause of it's handy raor of time which is great and his k stats or shaymin because he has a move that heals all your pokemon which are effect by stuff like poisin,sleep,confusion and maybe darkrai cause of it's dark void which is unbelievably useful but only for one pokemon but darkrai lacks stats
How do you catch raqauza?
Once you go to Sky Pillar in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald you can find Rayquaza and to catch it have a Steel type Pokemon with you. It'll defend against most of it's strong Dragon type attacks. Make sure your Steel type Pokémon is level 65 at least, because Rayquaza is level 70. Also make sure you bring some Timer Balls and Ultra Balls, because this will be a long battle!Once you've weaken it to where it's HP is yellow and near to red, try to throw an Ultra Ball. Oh, yes there is also something I must warn you about. Rayquaza becomes confused when it uses Outrage. It'll become confused in 2-3 turns. It could hurt itself by its confusion, though you may know that already.When the battle has been going on for a long time and you have thrown about 30 Ultra Balls I think it's time to throw an Timer Ball.I hope this works and I hope you can catch it!
