You can't. Sorry, I had the same problem. Basically, you restart or if you didn't save after you got it turn the game off then back on.
Actually, you can. Just download pokegen and rewrite the computer slot with a legit pokemon - then if you dont want that pokemon, just release. It'll have deleted the original bad egg.
