How do you get rosedade in Pokemon platinum?

To get Roserade, talk to Rhythmi and the other girl standing in front of the escalator on the third floor of the Ranger Union. Talk to one of them and they'll tell you that they need to see a Roserade. Once you accept the Quest, go to the Union Road and capture a Floatzel. Then, hop on the Floatzel and head south to get into Vienforest. Once there, get off the Pokemon and go south until you find a dead end. Roserade will be there for you to capture.

if you mean the second evolution of beudew go to the end of the route south of the profesor's lad go right and it will randomly appear in the grassy area. to get beudew's third evolution give it's second evoultion a dawn stone.

roserade is not found in the wild. although I'm not 100% sure I believe you have to evolve a roselia using a shiny stone.

It's called RoseRade. Not Rosedade. But you get it by evolving Roselia with a Shiny Stone. You get one in Iron Island, and there's one somewhere in the Battle Zone I think.
