After you put the code for action replay for the enigma stone, go outside of a Pokemart and click L+R at the same time. When you go in, there would be a guy with green suit on next to the girl which you buy stuff from. You get your enigma stone and you have to go the museum in Pewter Gym. Show the guy that revives Pokemon from fossils the enigma stone (Note Steven would also be there) then he will give you an orb. Go outside and Latios (the guy version of Latias) will fight you, so be prepared with a master ball. There is an action replay code that will get you x999 Poke balls you can research that online.
