In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2, you can obtain the Lost Loot by having one of the Deluxe Boxes you recover from the Golden Chamber examined by Xatu. There is a chance that you will get the Lost Loot in it. Of course, it is not for certain, as you could also get a Gold Ribbon, Golden Seed, Golden Apple, Sun Ribbon, Sun Stone, or many other objects in the same Deluxe Box.

So the only way you can obtain the Lost Loot is to get as many Deluxe Boxes from Golden Chambers as you can, and have them appraised by Xatu.

Go to serebii.net then look at the games down the left hand column then click Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky.

Then on the right hand column, click legendary Pokemon.

Scroll down and hunt away.

Start off with Pikachu, Recruit it at Thunderwave Cave.

You use a Mystery Part to have Darkrai start popping up in places and if lucky you can recruit him. (Not tested)
