How do you get the TM block in Pokemon Black and White?

you cant i don't think , i think it needs to be learnt, mean look can be learnt by ghastly at lvl 13 and zubat at lvl 36 and golbat at lvl 42 , but if you no wich Pokemon can learn block please email me at cfc_619@homtail.com

You need to beat trainer red 12 times to get all the tms in the game

Edit: I don't know if you can actually DO that. But I searched up on Google and most answers I got were: There's no such thing as TM Block, but it is a Pokemon Move. You can only get it if a certain Pokemon hatches from an egg or levels up trying to learn that move. Otherwise, cheating could be an answer.

There is no TM or HM Block but some Ghost Pokemon have Mean Look that is the same thing and affects the Pokemon in the same way by not letting it escape from battle.
