Dialga'a Dimension:You need to already get the national dex and beat the game then you go to mount coronet to get the adamant orb and talk to the lady elder in celestic town and already catch the heatran in stark mountain.Then go back to the spear pillar and you'll see a blue portal then enter it then you'll meet dialga.
Palkia's Dimension:Same as my directions with dialga but with the lustrous orb and the pink portal!
