How do you get the owl down the owllery in Harry Potter and the oser of phoenix?

You keep following it when it runs away. When it goes up on the top floor to a place you can't reach, you repair the ladder and climb up to it. If you keep following it you it eventually stops.

First You go to the Great Hall then you go to the place where Albus B. Dumbledore makes announcements (in front of the statue of the owl carrying candles) use Depulso or Accio on the statue then grab the newspaper that the owl drops on the table.

You have to cast Accio (or some other spells) on Proffessor Dumbledore's stand. Then, a trio of owls will come flying down and drop The Daily Prophet.
