First surf to the cave on Route 122. Once you're inside, go left. There will be two people there, exit through that door. After that, go right until you find a set of stairs. Once you climb the stairs you will be outside again, and there will be a heavy mist in the area. You'll see a sign, turn left and then go up the stairs and you will see an arrow. Follow the arrow, and you'll eventually end up on Mt. Pyre.
