you gotta re-do the mission and try to get an S rank(finish over 5 minutes) and then you will have a 10% chance of getting the slate, if you don't get it the first time than that's ok simple try again because it could take 2 to about 5 tries to get it,even if its not blaziken you can still get a combusken slate.
