Next, fly to pacifilidog(spelling?) and go to the right a tiny little bit.if you search around enough, you should find a little island with a cave. Go in that cave and go up the floors until you reach a platform. Rayquaza is there at level 70 and knows rest, outrage, extremespeed, and fly. Be sure to bring a lot of ultra balls.
