Once you have Surf, take it through Route 17 to Route 18. Once you get to the house where the lady will heal your Pokemon, go up the stairs and across the bridge. Get off the shore and head out to the P2 Lab. Be sure to teach a Pokemon surf!

∙ 11y agoThe p2 Laboratory is in black and white, right? You can get there by using HM Surf in the lake on Route 1, which is just as you leave the hometown where you start. Then you ride the currents until you get to the lab, remember it it closer to Route 1 than the Route 18 Island is, (You can get there too.)

∙ 11y agoFirst, you need to fly to your hometown (in the original pokemon B & W, not BII & WII). Then, you go up onto route 1 and take a left turn into an area that requires surf. Keep going, but beware that currents may take you back to the start. After following the correct currents, you should reach an island. On it will be the P2 laboritory. You can get the dubious disc there, and if you have genosect, you can teach it a special move.
