First enter the bottom floor of soliceon caves and catch unown(a-z). After you've done that fly/walk to Vielstone and walk in the direction of lake valor. Take the stairs and walk on the mountain/hill/whatever. Soon you'll come to the cave. Enter the cave and follow it to the back. You might run into some Hippopotas. To tell you the truth though all that's really there in unknown! and unknown?.
