AnswerActually, Serebii is a Pokemon - it's the Japanese name (in English letters) of Celebi. Celebi is an incredibly rare Pokemon that, so far, is only available in Japanese games of Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal. It was released in Japan much like an event Pokemon; it required the Pokemon game to link up to a mobile phone device and download the GS ball. If the player took the GS ball to the Ilex forest shrine, Celebi would appear for capture. Unfortunately, Celebi was never distributed to the rest of the world and still remains in Japan.Of course, you can get Celebi in any game (that accepts it in the Pokedex) via a cheating device like GameShark or Action Replay. Basically, though, you cannot obtain Celebi anymore. It was a once-off event in Japan only.
