Best nature for Pidgeot is Adamant or Lonely(If you want Air Slash.).
You might want to do some Attack EV training for it. I suggest the Tauros on Route 47, as they give off attack AND speed(Which is also very good for Pidgeot) EVS and there's a Pokemon Center nearby.

I think that pidgeot is a sucky Pokemon because it has bad stats like attack and defense plus its not a very good Pokemon to face gym leaders with except for bugsy and chuck. Also his highest stat is speed of course but my typhlosion is faster than my pidgeot and so is my ampharos.

It really depends on the movesets. I'll replace hitmonchan with dragonite. I'd say you shouldn't have Pidgeot because you already have a Charizard, which is fire and flying. I have Charizard, Nidoqueen, and Lapras. I think they are very good. But I did have a Jolteon and I found it to be very weak. Replace Hitmonchan and Joteon with a ghost and a ground type.

Blastoise, Pidgeot, and Nidoqueen are very mediocre. If you want those 3 particular types, go with Swampert or Empoleon for a Water-type. For a Flying, I suggest Dragonite or something powerful like that. I wouldn't use a Poison-type since they don't really have good coverage, but a good Poison would be Drapion or Muk. As for the other 3, evolve them, and they will be extreme.

Yes, that is a good team. :D-Vaporean has a very high level of heath as well as its stats are generally high.-Flarean has a high attack stat, but you must watch for those water type. ;D-Venasaur is a great starter, rather slow, but has powerful moves when later leveled. Although Venasaur does have some downsides due to its green type index.-Raichu is very fast and its type index make its very strong against others.-Hitmonlee is a classic but rare fighting type Pokemon, with good attack, sp. attack & defense. Yet, stats are changes with that Pokemon based on where your game is from.
