well chase him from top of buildings; then fight him; and at the second fight destroy all the electrical posters and throw cars at himthen when he is in human form hit him but don't feed on him. you're gonna win for sure.

he's only available in the psp version of the game I have psp version of the game and i can use Electro.

The Chase: Keep chasing Electro and when he stops run away so you won't get hit by the electric blast.

The Fight: Just fight him.

first you got to destroy all neon signs and then throw him cars untill he is weak then attack him

first you have to take him on the 2nd part of the building then when he will come to you then jump as a dive to him and beat him
