The first edition of the Pokemon cards is considered the most valuable possession, however, don't miss out to look out for the first edition stamp on the card. Now, to price the Pokemon cards, it is important to find out the type and condition as well. After sorting out everything, finally you should refer to online price guide. You may visit beckett.com or browse the auction sites.
The same price as before.
It depends on the rarity of the cards: For example: The rarest pokemon card (prerelease raichu) was recently sold for $10,000. On average, however, the answer is $300 (with the average price being 15 cents) If you have a lot of common cards my guess would be about 100$, but you should check on some websites and check the real price of the card.
shadowless Pokemon cards are very rare and they have no shadows I HAVE THE COMPLETE COLLECTION OF SHADOWLESS POKEMON CARDS
It used to be 750 but now it is 650, it went down in the past few years

Im not aware of one but if you go on eBay you type in the cards and see what other people say you could get a good idea for that card(s)

Although I don't know of any book for sale that lists the value of Pokemon cards (it would be pointless because the values change quite often), I know that the Beckett's Unofficial Pokemon Magazines, avalible at your local Wal-Mart, can give you guesstimates of prices of current cards. Hope this helped :)
No they are not. I have been collecting Pokemon cards for almost my whole life and majority of the cards are trainer cards.
