Leave the pokewalker open like that in a warm dry place for two to three days until it has completely dried out. no you can not, it doesn't work that work that when you delete the file that has the certain Pokemon you put in the pokewalker you wouldn't be able to send to the new game. you'd have to reset the pokewalker and delete all data in it. (including the Pokemon)
