to register your Pokemon you go to the Pokemon healing center (the orange building) and walk up to the little machine on the corner of the desk and press A. it comes up with which computer. you tap the first one. tap the box which says deposite Pokemon. tap that and put a Pokemon in it.
now save the game and turn off your d.s
turn it back on and in the menu tap on ""connect to pokewalker""
pick which Pokemon you want and follow the instructions on the d.s
