Once you speak to the lady she will automatically look at the first pokemon in your current so if it is a Raichu for example she will say Ohhh that Raichu but then she will say never mind because she wants to teach the starter pokemon there ultimate moves being Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon so show her Venasaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.
