If you want to take them out of the storage you have to take them out one at a time. I know because I used cheat for missions that you could get one joy seed per floor you go on. I am now level one hundred Pikichu. My main partner Charmander is level ninty three. Some reason it wont let me (Pikichu) evolve.I hope that helps.
