Unfortunately, you are only allowed to have one Manaphy egg per Pokemon Ranger game. Obtaining another one, even after you send away the first, is simply not possible. Reseting the game and completing it again does not work either.
If you buy a new game and beat it or complete the sequel, you can get another egg.
