first of all get a Pokemon that knows dig. then get a relicanth and a wailord with the relicanth in the first slot and the wailord in the sixth slot. you have to surf from pacifilog town and stay on the north side until you you hit a square piece of land. then you take one step down and surf again. once you see a dive patch go down it. find some braille writing and dive up in front of it.youll emerge in braille cave. go up all the way to the last braille tablet. use dig. it will open up a hole. go through it and you will end up in another braille room. go all the way to the top braille tablet and press a.that will open up the chambers. peace

He is correct, but have Wailord in slot #1, and Relicanth in slot #6.

Both are correct. In ruby and Sapphire, Relicanth goes in the first slot and Wailord in the sixth. However, in Emerald, their positions are switched.

∙ 12y agoonce you've used dig on the first one, get wailord and relicanth in your inventory, put them in wailord first relicanth last, if that doesnt work do it vice verser. then it will say something about an earthquake
