my friend told me that if you have the music box in your toolbox- and if you have the final island friend area- mew will appear in a monster house without you using the box. only on about floor 75+

Don't use it, since when you do, it breaks. Just keep it in your inventory and on floors 36-98, where there is a slim chance that mew will show up as one of the Pokemon on the floor. It knows transform, so be careful.

Additionally, Mew may appear more than once during your visit to Buried Relic. For example, if you find Mew on floor 37 but defeat it without it joining you, there is still a chance that you could find Mew on floor 38, 39, 40, etc.

You just keep doing rescue missions (they have to be rescue missions you cant just go to a dungeon without one or it wont work) and after a while you will get a mail in the mailbox saying relics discovered then you go talk to Lombre and then talk to Shiftry and you will gain access to Buried Relic but bring your 2 strongest Pokemon don't go alone coz it has 100 floors and you will have to fight Regice, Regirock and Registeel and get the rock part, ice part and steel part and they will turn into a music box BEWARE DO NOT USE THE MUSIC BOX IT JUST HAS TO BE IN THE TOOLBOX AND YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING MEW BUT IF YOU USE IT IT WILL CRUMBLE TO DUST AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH GETTING THE ICE PART ROCK PART AND STEEL PART AGAIN OK JUT DONT USE IT

To get Mew, go to the Buried Relic, BRING A FRIEND BOW,defeat the three Regis. (Once defeaten, each Regi gives an elemental piece, collect it.) After defeating Regice on floor 35, the pieces will fuse into a Music Box. Do not play it, keep it with you. After that, take the Warp Panel, now from Floor 36-99, you have a slim chance of finding Mew. (It took me two tries to make it join my Team.) After recruiting Mew, you teleport out of the dungeon. And Voilla! you have Mew. You must also have the Friend Area Final Island. remember have a space on your team for mew. Mew can transform into another pokemon, so keep an eye on whats happening.

there is no mew tower in blue rescue u have to unlock buried relic beat the regies get the rock,ice and steel part which form a music box then u have to travel the dungeon theres 99 floors so be prepared for a long walk mew will appear on floor 36-98 DONT use the music box and mew might appear in monster houses or any where I SUGGEST U BRING LOTS OF APPLES!!!

Same with the Wish Stone in Wish Cave to get Jirachi; don't use it, just hold on to it, and you will meet with Jirachi on 99F. But with Mew, you will meet him anywhere from 30F-98F, but you may not know that you are meeting him, as he may have used transform.
