It's a bit complecated. Fire red is a old Pokemon game so there are no current events on the poke net. The only reseon is because they are doing events for D.S and I. But they store old events that they time to time release on gameboy games. (BARELY ANY EVENTSFOR DS POKEMON GAMES AND NONE FOR CRYSTAL, GOLD AND SILVER) To acces these stored events you only need 1 adaptor and one GBA. Go to Pokemon.com and acces gameboy games. Make shure you have a wireless port and then enter the self codes. Enter the seceret code you get from the pewter wizard. To find the pewter wizard beat the elite 4 four times and catch mew two and mew. Go to pewter city and go to the top floor of the musuem. As you could see there is no one in the musuem so it is free to enter. But at the entrance there are team rocket guards. Fight them then enter the musuem. It is full of fog and everything is gone. You can not use defog wich isn't even in this game. There will be ghost Pokemon everywhere. They are all above level 55. Go to the top. Before you can reach the old man you must fight team rocket king ben and team rocket quenn jen. Jen has a Nidoking level 72, a Lapras level 75, a Alakazam level 72, A Steelix level 76, a Dugdrio level 78. Ben has a Nidoquen level 74, a Electorb level 72, A Arcinine level 80, a Weezing level 73, a Charizard level 72 and a Raticate level 70. They are pretty strong and they are Giavanas children.

Enter through diglets cave because there is no entrance from Vermiolen. There will be rocket grunts in diglets cave gaurding the entrance. PS all the Pokemon in the cave were captured as rocket novelty. There is 2 guards so it is a double battle or one at a time. Grunt 1 is wearing a pink rocket hat and green sunglasses. This grunt is also wearing a bunch of team rocket badges. He is a elite grunt. His Pokemon is a Steelix level 71, a Fearow level 69, a Charizard level 75 and a Crowbat level 70. The other guard is wearing a Suit with black glasses and head phones. He is a rocket agent. His Pokemon is a Weezing level 63, a Meowth level 60, a Muk level 65 and a Onix level 63. Go in. There you will see alot of Pokemon police. They will be fighting rocket grunts. At the top you will see a officer Jeny fighting a elite grunt. This elite grunt will be wearing a black team rocket hat, green sunglasses, a tropical shirt and shorts. Officer Jeny will loose and back away. Then you will fight him. His Pokemon is stronger than the first elite grunt. His Pokemon is a level 89 Golem, a level 91 Tentacruel, a level 95 Nidoking, a level 91 Ninetales. After you defeat him then the grunts will all go upstairs. The officers will say "Thanx for helping us" 2 of the police men stay behind and the rest go upstairs. The only team rockets in the lobby will be the rocket agent at the front desk, the elevator opirator, the lobby atendint and a man in a brown shirt with a team rocket hat next to a bunch of boxes. They will not fight you. The 2 police men will be waiting outside. The elevator operator will say that the elevator is off limits. They won't know who you are because they will be to busy stoping the police. When you go upstairs there will be a hallway then a huge room. The room is blocked of by a metal gate and the hallway has 2 team rocket grunts fighting police men. Fight the rocket grunts. Know the police men will open the gate and the rocket agents will run inside. The police men will follow them. If you go inside the gate there will be Pokemon traped in cages. You can enter that code on the internet to obtain peak mountain key. But we are looking for Lugia still. Keep going and you will see stairs. There is a river and a lot of team rocket boats. The team rocket agents will be surounded by police men. All the boatd are being towad by police boats. On the walls you will see a lot of team rocket grunts that are going inside a police boat. Here the only cool thing is to wach them. Go back and head a floor up. Walk and a fire will start. You have to use the fire hose. Go to the side and find the fire hose. Press A to squirt water at the fire. Press B to re load water. Go up another floor. There will be team rocket bunk beds everywhere. And alot of shelfs and clothes. calm down on the lie first of all you cant get mew ..... unlesh you have alrdy gone to a event so it would be point less to needing to catch him before managing to go to a event .... so you btw i am having the same problem
