How do you wake up the Snorlax sleeping outside of digglet cave on Pokemon soul silver?

You get the Radio upgrade in Lavender town first. After that, go to Snorlax. Open up your Pokegear and Go to the radio part. Tap on the pokeballs. One of them is the Pokeflute. After that, Talk to Snorlax if it doesn't wake up. It WILL now wake up. You are now battling Snorlax. You need to Catch, or Defeat Snorlax in the battle. Snorlax is now gone. You can proceed to the Diglett's Cave.

∙ 12y agoits a bit complicated. first of all you have to get the power plant up and running again then you will get extra stations on the radio.Put on the lullaby and go to snorlax and vhwalla he is up.
P.S if you want to catch the 3 dog Pokemon and latios/latias depending on which version you have catch him and he can use block which makes it impossible for them to flee instead of lvling up a golbat/wobuffet and he is savage+ he carries leftovers which give him a git of health each turn

∙ 12y agoGo to Cerulean gym find the Lost Piece, (located in the top right swimmers ring thing) take it to the power plant, give it to the manager, then somehow go to Lavender Town. Talk to the director and get the Poke Flute(move dot to top-middle then it will come on) Go to a snorlax, then battle it. I would perfer catching it in a heavy ball or ultra ball. It's moveset is:
Block. (Stops the Pokemon from being swapped out or running from battle)
Giga Impact. (A powerful move.)
RollOut. (Another powerful move.)
And crunch (Yet another good move.)
It's level 50 and it's item is Left overs. (Heals 1-10HP every turn)

∙ 12y agoafter u get the expansion card for ur radio in the pokegear.......u can play a new channel in the radio where they will play the Pokemon flute...go in front of snorlax and play the radio..it will wake up :)

∙ 12y agoYou need the Pokegear upgrade, in the Kanto radio tower, then play it in front of the snorlax and talk to it, you will then get a chance to battle and capture

In the Pokemon games where Snorlax occur, there are only one or two available to catch. In the first generation games there is a sleeping Snorlax at Routes 12 and 16. In the second generation, there is one outside of Vermillion City. In the sixth generation, there is one on Route 7.

Get a radio card, so you can use the radio. Go to the Snorlax outside Diglett Cave, and move the signal to the middle-top of the signal finder thing. It will play "Pokéflute." Then press A while facing the Snorlax and it wakes up, then you have to battle it. It's worth catching in my opinion, was it is level 50 and has Giga Impact as a move already. Catch or defeat it to make it go, then you can enter Diglett Cave. If you do not catch it but want to, it sometimes appears on the route to the right of the route you are already on. Then it is the battle again.
